More than tutoring.
A thoughtful approach to academic growth.
Our Philosophy
At Cultivate Intellect, we believe intelligence is not fixed; it is developed. Academic success is rarely about natural talent: it grows from structure, strategy, and the willingness to persist through challenge. When students are taught how to think, not just what to memorize, growth becomes sustainable.
That’s why we begin by understanding the whole student. How do they process information? Where does confidence break down? What patterns show up under pressure? Real academic growth starts with understanding and with a plan built around the student in front of us.
Our goal is to develop independent students who understand their strengths, approach their weaknesses strategically, and carry confidence forward long after tutoring ends.
Our Founder

Sarah Crill
Founder & Lead Educator
Sarah Crill founded Cultivate Intellect to create an academic environment where students feel understood, supported, and challenged to grow. With degrees in Physics and Biology from Florida Atlantic University, she brings analytical precision and thoughtful communication to her work with students.
Over the past ten years, Sarah has supported middle school through college students in tutoring, test preparation, and long-term academic planning. Her approach is grounded in the belief that growth is cultivated through structure, strategy, and persistence.
She has guided students through AICE, AP, SAT, ACT, and college-level coursework, consistently helping them strengthen both performance and confidence. She remains actively engaged in evolving testing strategies and educational best practices to ensure students receive current, effective support.
As founder, Sarah sets the academic standards and mentorship philosophy that guide every educator at Cultivate Intellect. Her focus extends beyond subject mastery to building clarity, structure, and independence not only in her own students, but across the entire team she leads.
