We are currently seeking  out K-college tutors with aptitude in academic and non-academic subjects, including Math, Science, SAT/ACT, English, History, etc. 

Those applying should have the following minimum qualifications:

• Education level: Undergraduate or higher.
• Experience: 2 or more years of experience in education.
• Prepared to take assessments prior to being approved to teach a particular subject.
• Prepared with proper virtual learning tools: webcam, stylus, screen-sharing, etc.
• Assist students with their assigned classwork and provide additional study materials.
• Assist students with topics beyond what is taught in the classroom, which means teaching new topics from scratch and providing the student with additional materials to solidify what they've learned.
• Teach with a real-world approach, reminding the student when the topic they are learning becomes relevant in everyday life.
• Assisting with and teaching students time-management, organization, test strategies, and study skills.
• Developing and distributing teaching materials for company-wide use.
• Providing students positive and constructive feedback.
• Building the student's confidence and instilling resilience as the student progresses.
• Communicating progress of lessons and areas for improvement to parents.
• Corresponding with teachers on behalf of the student when appropriate.
